Program Director, Film Production MFA

I lead Full Sail University’s Film Production MFA, a 12-month, fully on campus graduate program serving roughly 100 students a year and 14-15 faculty. I oversee curriculum, faculty development, accreditation compliance, and the program’s multi-year strategy, including integrating emerging technologies such as AI and virtual production into the curriculum.

Program Director of the bachelor of science in film (2012–2014), where I led the program's transition from film to digital production and founded its student production office and Foley/ADR suite.

Recognition

  • Since overseeing the MFA Program, it’s been recognized in MovieMaker Magazine's '30 Best Film Schools in the U.S. and Canada' and The Wrap's 'Top 50 Film Schools.'

  • I led Full Sail's successful Apple Distinguished Schools applications over multiple years, requiring cross-divisional evidence gathering and multi-stakeholder reporting.

  • Co-founded V1 Studio, a $3M LED virtual production facility, among the first at a U.S. film school, by building the internal case for investment, aligning institutional stakeholders, and overseeing implementation.
